VISITOR CENTERS
Downtown location:
277 W. Nationwide Blvd., in the Arena District.
Open Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Beginning June 28, extended summer hours: open Sat.-Sun., 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Extended hours also for some special events.

Pick up Visitors Guides, maps and brochures. Friendly staff can provide suggestions.

Touch-screen kiosks show you all there is to do in Columbus and enable you to print driving directions. Shirts, hats, postcards, books and other Columbus items are available for purchase.
Directions to the Downtown Visitor Center (PDF)

Special guests from COSI and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium visit the downtown Visitor Center:
COSI Days -- the second Wednesday of each month, noon-2 p.m.
Zoo Days -- the last Wednesday of each month, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Easton Town Center location: inside the Easton Station building
Open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday from noon-6 p.m.

KIOSKS AND AMBASSADORS
Capital Crossroads Ambassadors provide guidance while exploring downtown. Each day, they answer questions and give directions in the area between the Convention Center and German Village. Spot them in neon green or white polo shirts with the word "Safety" on the back. They also can provide an escort to walk with you downtown. Call 614-228-5718 for assistance.

Visitor information kiosks are posted throughout downtown with maps and helpful hints on businesses within a five minute walk.
